Shipping policy
- Please call in to order when ordering multiple big items- we can get you a better rate to ship your order all on one pallet.
- Larger/heavier Bandit Fabrication products, clutch kits and orders that must ship truck freight are excluded from $9.99 flat rate shipping and free shipping.
- Shipping rates are subject to change at any time, without notice.
- Orders must be $200 before sales tax/fees to be eligible for free shipping.
- If you have any questions about shipping rates or process, please contact Bandit Fabrication LLC.
- It is the customer's responsibility to determine if they need lift gate service on freight deliveries and to pay for it. Shipping to a business address is generally best for freight shipments, otherwise residential fees may apply.
- The customer is responsible for any fees associated with undeliverable packages. Please make sure you are providing the correct physical address when ordering as well as a good phone number you can be reached at.
- We DO NOT accept orders for or ship into the state of California or countries outside of the US due to restrictions and regulations.
- Bandit Fabrication LLC is not responsible for damaged or lost packages once they have left our facility. In the event of a damaged or lost package, we will need to begin a claim with the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier will be the one to determine what happens from there. However, Bandit Fabrication LLC will strive to make sure the customer is taken care of.
