Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns are at the discretion of Bandit Fabrication LLC.
RETURN WINDOW IS 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE ORDER WAS DELIVERED (Determined by tracking information).
You MUST request a return authorization from Bandit Fabrication LLC, have approval and follow the appropriate return instructions- in order for your return to be valid and refunded appropriately. 
Any returns received without the proper RMA number and/or sent to the wrong return address will be denied and returned back to the sender. 
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

TO REQUEST A RETURN (RMA)
  • Please email banditfabrication@gmail.com - we will need to have the return request in writing. 
  • Please include your name, order number and reason for return.
  • A customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible. 
  • If your return is approved- you will be sent an RMA number and return directions. 
  • RMA number MUST be on the outside of the box when sending a return back.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Bandit Fabrication LLC products- due to being custom made to order. 
  • Hoses and Fittings
  • Gaskets 

DAMAGED PACKAGE/PRODUCTS

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, Bandit Fabrication LLC has no control.

If you receive any package/product in damaged condition- immediately contact Bandit Fabrication LLC. 

We will need you to email or text pictures of the package. We will then file a damage claim with the carrier.

 

INCORRECT PACKAGE/PRODUCTS

If you receive a package/product other than what you have ordered, please contact Bandit Fabrication LLC immediately. 

We will need you to email or text pictures of what you have received.

We will provide a return label and return directions for the package.
